What is Wins & Heroes?
Wins & Heroes is a prize draw platform where you can win once-in-a-lifetime experiences with your favourite athletes and celebrities – all while raising money for great causes. You can enter for free or support the campaign by donating, grabbing exclusive merch, or paying to play against your hero.
How does Wins & Heroes work?
Each campaign is led by a celebrity or athlete raising money for a cause they care about. You can enter the prize draw by purchasing tickets or by post for free! Boost your chances by donating, buying merch, or paying to play directly against the star. Every entry helps raise money for charity – and gets you closer to winning something unforgettable.
Is a purchase necessary to enter the prize draw?
No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. You can enter for free via the postal entry route, or, purchase entries and help support causes that matter. Over the campaign we will be sharing more opportunities to gain additional entries to the draw to increase your chances of winning.
How much goes to the charity?
100% of net proceeds go to the charity. We do not profit from this campaign.
- Direct donations – 100% goes directly to the charity
- Pay to play – 100% of net proceeds means the full price minus VAT and card processing fees
- Limited and signed merchandise – 100% of net proceeds means the full price minus VAT, cost of manufacture, cost of delivery/s and card processing fees

To take part you need to be 16+. If 16-18 years old parental consent is required when making a purchase.

Is it free?
Yes, entry to the draw is completely free via the postal route, alternatively, you can choose to purchase tickets and help support great causes.

How do I get additional free entries
Throughout campaigns there will be free entry drops sent out via social media or emails. Complete the actions and build up your free entries and chances to win.
When is the draw?
Each competition page will state the closing date of the competition. The draw will take place within 7 working days of of this. The result will be announced by the supporting celebrity on their social media by reading out your username. We will also contact you separately. If we do not get a response from you within 7 days from the date of the draw, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.
How is the draw done?
The draw will be executed using google random number generator. Each entry will be assigned a number and have an equal chance of winning.
Could I win twice?
No, Whilst each entry has an equal chance of winning, each account only has one chance of winning. More entries provides your account an increased opportunity to win the main prize only once.
When will be the main prize gaming session?
The Main Prize will be an online, or, in-person gaming session with the Hero. This will be stated on the competition page. Each main prize gaming session will be 30-45 minutes long.
Do I need internet access?
If the gaming session is online, yes, you will need access to the internet to take part in the main prize gaming session. We would recommend having a minimum download speed of 8Mbps and 3Mbps upload speed. For an optimum experience we would recommend at least 25Mbps download speed, 5Mbps upload speed and either 5ghz wireless connection or ethernet connection.
Do I need my own gaming console?
You will need access to either a PC, Playstation or Xbox running EA FC 25 with an internet connection
What happens if I cannot make the date?
If you are unable to make the date/time for the gaming session we will attempt to reschedule.
Do I need my own EA ID?
You will need access to a valid online EA account with active EA ID
What happens if I am late?
We recommend being online and ready to play 15 minutes before your time slot to ensure you get the best experience. If you do not accept the invite after 10 minutes into your timeslot we will need to assume that you are not taking part.
